So If I want to run RTR coil overs what freakin struts do I need? I don't want to cut here, weld here, cross reference to a 1961 fiero, catch on fire, then take saturn brake mounts, and use an A/C compressor from a studabaker for the housing... to get my suspension dialed for autocross. Just tell me what is plug and play.

ummmm buy a car with aftermarket support?

Because in the end, that is your only option if your not willing to build and create your own set-up. There has been at least 12-15 unique designs people have made. No-one is running the same systems.

You just need to sell your car and leave, you could not have picked a worse car to try and modify if you dont have the skills to think outside the box and make things yourself when you cant find them, go buy yourself a honda or something you are wasting your time here

Pretty much what everyone else said. You'll have to custom build your own setup. Whether you use GSI fronts in the rear or do the MR2 conversion, there just isn't any plug and play stuff. Much less so for a car that basically was offered for only one year in the states. Since you said you need a setup for autocrossing, IMHO you'll get more bang for your buck with the MR2 conversion. You'll be able to dial in the struts to your specific needs and at the same time have access to a couple different manufacturers in regards to replacement strut inserts such as KYB, AGX, Koni, Tokico to name a few. I've been working on the conversion for my RS for a couple years now and I'm still not done yet. But when it's finished, it will be one of the best setups that is available for the RS, all things considered.
Good Luck

What do I use with the RTR coilovers? My car already has some sort of aftermarket suspension on it, but I don't think it is set up right. The front springs are not long enough and when I pull into my driveway at an angle my one of my front tires is fully dropped and they spring just flopps around??
Also thanks for the helpful comments."You just need to sell your car and leave" it is real constructive and welcoming.

While not constructive, or welcoming, it does a few things.

It weeds out the kids who don't have the chops to do anything. This is the case most of the time. People always want "kits" with a random number after the word "stage".
This is NOT a politically correct site.
This is not a site governed by admins who ban people for calling fellow members fuckwads. Yes we can even use the term fuckwad and NOT have it censored.

His statement weeds out the kids who don't have the chops to participate in adult conversations, arguments, discussions, and debates.

We are NOT a group of exclusionary dicks who don't want new people in our club. We do.
Most of us won't mock someone because they drive the lowest end of the these cars. But we will mock someone who choses to do stupid crap with their car.

RTR coils fit with the stock struts. However, they are only for a front end, NOT for the rears. You would need a different spring rate, and height. The rears take springs the same length as the fronts, but dont carry the same weight. His are for the FWD variations and are longer.

My coilovers are for the front AND rear of both the FWD and the AWD versions. The rears are longer for a reason---because they have a lower spring rate (350lb) to compensate for the less weight in the rear of the car.
I have sold many coilover kits to RS owners with all the same positive results.

As a side note, I highly recommend against installing the front springs on the rear, unless you are turning your car into a "race-only I might as well just weld the suspension together because I am gonna jump this shit" vehicle.
450lb springs are way too much for the rear with stock struts.

Looks like I have kyb's in the front and some sort of coil overs in the back. The rears seem fine but the front set up is messed up. The springs look really small in diameter and are not seated correctly. They are also too short. If I gave you some sort of number off of them could you tell me if the RTR would work? Thanks

I just replaced all the brakes and rotors, welded up some brackets for 4 point harnesses, and am replacing the rack and pinion. Does that count as "street cred"?

anyway, you can use front struts in the rear with some modifications. i get enough complaints about the ride of my car, sorry Robie but your coilovers have been on my shelf for a while now

if you could get me a set of 250lb for the rear, i'll stick the 350 in the front and drop my RS

Ignorance is not knowing. Stupidity is ignoring what you know and doing it anyway. Don't get'em twisted.
