My 13 Second Purple Colt

hey i just am getting into the storm/impulse/sunfire stuff as of recent, but id figure i would show you guys my other car. I figured some of you might like it for its sleeper apeal. I am writing on here for my girlfriend who owns the base storm i am putting a 1.8L dohc izusu engine into.

well heres my colt. turbo. maybe some of you will like mitsubishis

the awd system is going in this winter from a talon awd along with a bunch of engine mods to get her to 400 HP hopefully.

currently as it is now it runs mid 13's at 13 psi running stock 4g63 tsi engine.

Welcome, im a huge sleeper/dsm fan. I have been wanting to build a colt for a few years, probably why i got into the imarks.

Very cool car, my wife was like "holly crap!" Too bad it is no longer a sleeper to anybody that watched those videos, we got our eye on you!

I had a 2000 Mirage DE, it was a slow POS but would be nice with that motor in it.

Hey to clarify i am from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.

Thanks for the replys on the colt, Shes my baby and i have put a crap load of hours into her the last year and a bit. Oh btw i did ALL of the work myself on this car minus the engine mount welding to fit the engine properly. I cant wait for a couple more months when the 4 bolt talon AWD rear end and system is getting installed into the colt. yay it will be fun to actually get some traction finally with this 4g63.

iLL get a pic of the g.f and her storm asap so i dont get banned

Nice car! I have a friend that did the same swap on the same car (mirage) but his is a 4-door. I've always wanted to see that swap on a two door.

haha. i just get tired of seeing it on every site i go on. You see people talk about it more on non dsm car sites then you actually do on a dsm website. Just gets old cause most people dont know what there talking about.
