Default 1991 Isuzu Impulse RS AWD turbo (Orlando FL)

As much as I hate to do this, and I know in the long run I'm going to regret it, I'm going to have to sell the Impulse and buy a car that's more comfortable for the baby to ride in. This car has alot of nice parts on it, and most of those parts were custom made. I've replaced alot of parts that commonly go bad because I wanted this car to be very reliable. And so far, it has been.

Here is a list of all the parts it has on it:

1991 Isuzu Impulse RS (110,000 miles on body and 43,254 on engine)
Aquarius Sports fully adjustable coilovers with adjustable pillow mounts
PST custom two piece aluminum driveshaft
Custom mandrel bent 3 inch exhaust from turbo back with Apex-i N1 muffler
Aeromotive Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
T-bird turbocharger (brand new)
T-bird 370cc injectors (brand new)
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Fidanza aluminum flywheel
Clutch Specialties stage III clutch
1.8 cams
Hydraulic lifters
Full race ported cylinder head
ARP head studs
100lb racing valve springs
Ported 1.8 intake
New OEM cam angle sensor
All new OEM misc. sensors
Polyurethane filled motor mounts
New water pump
New timing belt/seals
New front axles
New tie rods/ball joints
New front wheel bearings
New radiator
Custom upholstered seats/door panels
MSD coils
GSi side skirts
Front bumper lip
Sealed beam headlight conversion
All new OEM weatherstripping on doors, trunk, etc.
18x8 wheels with BFG KDW2 tires

I know there is more that I'm forgetting. This RS is a solid platform for someone to build up on due to the fact that it's the stripped down version. It doesn't have the sunroof/power windows/ABS/alarm etc. I loved this particular RS because it had less chances for parts to break and it was the lightest RS available. The transmission shifts like butter and and the engine runs very strong. This car has been a great daily driver for me for nearly a year without any hiccups except for one, which I'll go ahead and go onto the "bad things" about the car.

The car will need a heater core, the heater core broke where the hose is attached to the firewall. The OEM heater core has plastic fittings and are known to get brittle and break off. The rack and pinion had recently started to develop a slight leak. I've been putting in Lucas fluid, and the leak has decreased and maybe even been fixed, but I wanted to point it out anyway. The car does have all the A/C parts on it, but the system was never charged after I put the car back together, so I'm not sure if it would work or not. The car was painted Porsche seal grey metallic five years ago, and unfortunately some imperfections have started to show due to improper body prep. There are some surface rust spots on the left rear quarter panel, right front bottom edge of the door, and some on the right side of the roof where the roof molding is. There are also some spots on the roof where the paint is has some chips. A good body shop will have no problems fixing these issues. The rest of the body is flawless. The carpet on the car is made for a Storm, which I later found out is different for an RS so it doesn't fit 100% right. An upholster should be able to correctly mold it better. Other than those issues, the car is pretty solid. As far as a price, I know these cars don't bring in huge money, so I'm not going to ask a crazy amount for it. But at the same time, I'm not going to give it away either. The suspension alone was $2,200 shipped from Japan, the exhaust was $900, and the driveshaft was $800. That's $3,900 just in those parts alone, plus the paint job, but I won't count that into the price because it's not perfect. I'm going to ask $4,500 for the car and see where it goes from there. I can also sell the car without the wheels for $4,000. I will take pics of the engine and interior and post them in the thread as soon as it stops raining. If you have any questions, PM me.

Here is a photoshoot I did of the car...

Sad day to see you let this go. Wish I had the money I would gladly pay what you are asking as I know the time and money invested were done with quality in mind. Good luck in your sale.

Brandon drives his cars like he wants to hurt them. And yet freaks out over gummybears.
